Refund Policy

We appreciate the trust you place in us with every donation. Because donations directly fund active programs, refunds are handled as follows:

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate transactions, technical/payment errors, or unauthorized charges.

Process

To request a refund, email connect@dherya.org with your donation receipt number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Donations already disbursed to program activities, and donations made more than 7 days prior to the request, are generally not eligible for refund.
